HOW TO RETURN YOUR HELMET HUGGER

We’re sorry you didn’t like your Helmet Hugger! If you’d like to return your helmet hugger, please follow the guidelines below:

• Your Helmet Hugger must be in its original, unused condition, unless you have found a defect.

• Any returns must be shipped within 14 days from the day of purchase. However, for December orders, this will be extended to 21 days.

• We do not accept returns for customized orders

• You are responsible for the return shipping fee (This also applies to exchanges)

STEPS TO RETURN YOUR HELMET HUGGER

1. Please send your Helmet Hugger and copy of receipt to:

2. Please e-mail us at helmethuggers@gmail.com notifying us that you will be returning your Helmet Hugger. In this e-mail, please also include the

– Tracking number for the package so we know when to expect its arrival!
– Reason for return

EXCHANGES

​

If you are not happy with your helmet hugger, we would be happy to exchange it for another of the same price. If you would like to exchange it for an item of a different price, please e-mail us so we can work out the details.

 

REFUNDS

You will be credited the amount you paid for the returned item(s). The original shipping charge is not refunded.
